5. Counter-Notification Procedures

If you believe that your content was wrongly removed from the TrueEstate platform due to an erroneous copyright infringement claim, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include the following:

  • A description of the material that was removed and the location where the material appeared before it was removed.

Please send counter-notifications to support@first.trueestate.us. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, TrueEstate may reinstate the material unless the original complainant files legal action seeking a court order to prevent further use of the material.

TrueEstate may display content provided by third parties, including licensed materials, user-generated content, or links to external sites. TrueEstate  does not assume responsibility for ensuring that such content is properly licensed or free from infringement. If you believe any third-party content on the TrueEstate platform violates your intellectual property rights, please notify us using the procedures outlined above.
