Restricted Businesses Overview

Businesses are prohibited from using the TrueEstate  Platform and Services if they fall under the following categories, unless explicit prior approval from TrueEstate is obtained:

1. Illegal Products and Services

• Any illegal offerings are strictly prohibited.

1. Intellectual Property Infringement

• Sales or access to counterfeit music, movies, software, etc.
• Activities that infringe upon trademarks, copyrights, or proprietary rights.

1. Counterfeit or Unauthorized Goods

• Counterfeit items and unauthorized resale of branded products.

1. Gambling

• Includes lotteries, sports forecasting, fantasy sports leagues with cash prizes, internet gaming, contests, and sweepstakes.

1. Regulated or Illegal Products

• Cannabis and marijuana businesses, illegal drugs, tobacco products, weapons, and age-restricted goods.

1. Adult Content and Services

• Pornography, obscene materials, and sexually-related services.

1. Unfair, Predatory, or Deceptive Practices

• Get-rich-quick schemes, mug shot publication sites, and no-value-added services.

1. Aggregation

• Licensed or unlicensed aggregation of funds owed to third parties or payment facilitation.

1. Drug Paraphernalia

• Equipment for drug use (e.g., bongs, vaporizers).

1. Multi-Level Marketing
   

   • Pyramid schemes and multi-level marketing.

2. Pseudo Pharmaceuticals
   

   • Nutraceuticals and products making unverified health claims.

3. Social Media Activity
   

   • Selling social media followers or traffic.

4. Substances Mimicking Illegal Drugs
   

   • Sale of legal substances that mimic illegal drugs (e.g., salvia, kratom).

5. Video Game or Virtual World Credits
   

   • Sale of in-game currency or items unless the merchant is the operator of the virtual world.

Additional Notes

• Businesses that are unsure if they qualify as Restricted Businesses should contact TrueEstate for clarification.
• All illegal businesses are ineligible for the Services.
